EZ OIL DRAIN VALVE
The EZ Oil Drain Valve replaces the standard oil drain plug, making oil changes easier, saving valuable time and expenses. For all engines and applications. The Removable Hose End may be attached for use with a hose.
Simply install this valve and drain your engine oil without the need for any tools and without creating a mess. Lift the lever of this nickel plated brass ball valve and give it a quarter turn to open. To close, return the lever to its original locked position.
The EZ Oil Drain Valve is constructed of corrosion resistant forged brass, stainless steel, and nickel-plated for additional protection from the elements. The ball valve design allows a straight flow for fast drainage and a flawless seal when locked closed, double sealed for guaranteed leak proof operation. An easy solution for frozen drain plugs and stripped threads, as they will be eliminated forever. Convenient to draw oil analysis samples, as the engine can be left running, for accurate oil analysis results.
EZ Installation
1.Remove drain plug and drain oil.
2.Hand install the valve until tight, and fully
tighten with a small crescent wrench. Never
over-tighten.
3.Close the lever and refill with engine oil.
When it’s time for an oil change, using your EZ Oil Drain Valve is simple.
1.Lift up the lever and turn counter-clockwise.
2.Turn back the lever to close.
3.Make sure the lever is secured in the locked
position.

Q. Will my EZ Oil Drain Valve leak?
No. The EZ Oil Drain Valve incorporates the “ball valve” design of valves used in pressurized gas applications and will not leak. Every single valve is constructed under precise specifications and pressure tested, ensuring a perfect seal upon factory approval. The EZ Oil Drain Valve is produced from a factory approved by industry standards.
Q. Will my EZ Oil Drain Valve open up on the road?
No. When installed, the EZ Oil Drain Valve only extends about 1.5” from the oil pan more than a stock oil drain plug in its closed position. The valve's effective locking system requires a double-action mechanism to open it, preventing any accidental openings. Unlike spring-loaded gate valves, the heavy-duty ball valve construction will withstand any engine vibration.
Q. Does the EZ Oil Drain Valve extend out from the oil pan? Is it safe to use the valve with hose end on cars and light trucks?
The EZ Oil Drain Valve for passenger cars and light trucks extend only ½” more than the standard plug head outside from the oil pan. The valve with the hose end extends from the valve for another 5/8.” It is not recommended using the valve with the hose end attached on vehicles with low clearance, as the hose end may protrude out too close to the ground.
